Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data EPG Full (epg-full.com) collects, why, who it is shared with and what your rights are. We collect only what we need to run the service, and we never sell your data.
What we collect
- Account: your email address and your password, which we store only as a salted hash (we cannot read it). Short email confirmation codes, also stored as hashes.
- Orders: the provider and plan you chose, the amount, the payment method, the order status and the reference the payment processor gives us. We never receive your card number or wallet keys.
- Guide downloads: when a guide link is used, we record the time, IP address, player name (user agent), file and result. This enforces daily limits and helps us detect shared or abused links.
- Contact messages: your name (if you give it), email, provider, topic and message.
- Technical data: the IP address used for orders, trials and contact messages, to prevent fraud and trial abuse.
- Website statistics: for each page viewed, the page, the site you came from, your country (as Cloudflare reports it), your type of device and browser. We do not store your IP address for this and use no cookie: visits are counted with an anonymous code that changes every day. Statistics are kept for 400 days.
Why we use it
- To provide the service you asked for: your account, your guide links, payments and support (performance of a contract).
- To keep the service secure and fair: download limits, fraud and abuse prevention (legitimate interest).
- To keep accounting records of payments (legal obligation).
- To understand which pages are useful and how visitors find us, with anonymous statistics (legitimate interest).
We send you only service emails: confirmation codes, password resets, order confirmations and important changes. We do not send advertising emails and we do not use your data for advertising.
Cookies
We use two cookies of our own: epgfull_sid keeps you logged in, and epg_lang remembers the language you chose. Both are needed for the site to work. We use no advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare, which protects our website, may set a technical cookie to tell people apart from bots.
Who we share it with
- Payment processors: Whop, payid19 and PayGate receive what you enter on their payment page and the order details. They handle that data under their own privacy policies.
- Cloudflare: carries and protects the traffic to our website.
- Our hosting provider: runs the server that stores the data.
- Our email provider: delivers the service emails we send you.
We may also disclose data when the law requires it. Some of these companies process data outside your country; they do so with the safeguards the law requires.
How long we keep it
We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your personal data, except order records we must keep for accounting, which are kept only as long as the law requires. Login sessions expire by themselves and expired confirmation codes are no longer usable.
How we protect it
The website is served only over HTTPS. Passwords and codes are stored as hashes, guide links use long random tokens, and only the people who run EPG Full can access the database.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Write to us from the contact page with the email address of your account; we answer within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.
Children
The service is not meant for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy when the service changes. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
