Refund Policy

We want you to pay only for a guide that works for you. That is why every plan can be tested for free first, and why we refund you if it does not work as described.

Try before you pay

Every provider can be tested with a free 2-day trial that gives you the full guide. Please use it to check the guide with your provider and player before buying.

7-day refund

If the guide does not work as described for your provider, tell us within 7 days of your payment. We will first try to fix the problem (most fixes go out with the next hourly build). If we cannot fix it, or you no longer want the plan, we refund the full amount.

This applies to first purchases and renewals of both Premium and Reseller plans.

After 7 days

After 7 days, payments are not refundable, because the guide has been delivered and used. If the service is unavailable for a long period because of a problem on our side, we refund the unused part of your plan or extend it, as you prefer.

When refunds are not given

  • Accounts suspended or closed for breaking our Terms of Service (for example, sharing Premium links publicly).
  • Problems with your IPTV provider's channels or streams, which we do not supply.
  • A channel that has no published schedule anywhere, when the guide otherwise works as described.

How to ask for a refund

Write to us from the contact page with the email address of your account and your order reference (shown in your account and in your order email). We answer by email, usually within a day.

  • Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are refunded to the same card or account through Whop or PayGate. Banks usually show the refund within 5–10 business days.
  • Crypto payments are refunded in crypto to a wallet address you give us, for the euro amount you paid. Network fees may be deducted.

When an order is refunded, the guide links of that plan stop working.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. We answer quickly and a refund is usually faster for you than a chargeback.
