How to add an EPG to GSE Smart IPTV
GSE Smart IPTV runs on iPhone, iPad and Apple TV. It keeps remote EPG sources separately from playlists, so you add your EPG Full link once and attach it to your playlist.
Steps
- Open the menu and choose Remote EPG (XMLTV EPG).
- Tap +, give the source a name and paste your EPG Full link.
- Open your playlist, go to its settings and select the new EPG source.
- Reload the playlist so the guide is downloaded.
Tips for GSE Smart IPTV
- On Apple TV, add the EPG source in the same way from the main menu.
- A custom guide downloads faster on mobile data.
Which link do I use?
In your EPG Full panel you get three links: epg.xml.gz (every channel), eu.xml.gz (European channels) and world.xml.gz (other countries), plus a custom link with only the categories you choose. On slower TV boxes, add only what you need.
Channels still empty?
Let the player download the guide once (a minute on slow boxes), then refresh the EPG. Event and PPV channels show a placeholder with the event name.
